A lovely spirited parfait, made with our Limoncello cake, fresh berries and topping.
This amazing dessert makes an impressive presentation for your guests... and only takes a few ingredients and very little prep time.
Set aside 4 beautiful martini glasses
Mix raspberries with ¼ cup of water and 1 tablespoon of sugar. Save a few berries for top garnish
Let sit at least 10 minutes
Straight cut the cake (not pie shape) so you get at least 6 slices
Cut each slice into 3 sections
Cut the resulting sections into cubes
Start layering with vanilla custard pudding, cake, and berries
Top with whipped cream
Drizzle a little berry juice and garnish with those berries you put aside
