 1 Tablespoon of butter
 Vanilla Ice Cream (4 scoops)
 Whipped Cream (4 scoops)

Heat Sauté Pan and melt butter to bubbling hot

Place Limoncello cake slices in pan. Do not touch them for at least 35 seconds or until you can smell them caramelizing, then flip and do the other side the same way

Garnish each with ice cream, whipped cream and a Strawberry
