Caramelized Limoncello Liqueur Cake

This dish combines sauteed and caramelized slices of our Limoncello liqueur cake with ice cream, whipped cream and strawberries. What's not to like?
If you want your guests to feel extra special, this is the recipe for you. Our Limoncello cake stands alone but when heated and caramelized it takes it to a whole new level… yum!

- Yields: 4 servings
1Heat Sauté Pan and melt butter to bubbling hot
2Place Limoncello cake slices in pan. Do not touch them for at least 35 seconds or until you can smell them caramelizing, then flip and do the other side the same way
3Place cake on individual serving plates
4Garnish each with ice cream, whipped cream and a Strawberry
