Caramelized Amaretto Liqueur Cake

This dish combines sauteed and caramelized slices of our Amaretto liqueur cake with ice cream, whipped cream and caramel sauce. Nothing better.
This recipe will make your guests feel like they are in a five star restaurant. It not only looks beautiful but it is over the moon delicious.

- Yields: 4 servings
1Remove lid of Caramel Sauce and heat in Microwave until it is thin enough to drizzle
2Heat Sauté Pan and melt butter to bubbling hot
3Place Amaretto slices in pan. Do not touch them for at least 35 seconds or until you can smell them caramelizing, then flip and do the other side the same way
4Place cake on individual serving plates
5Garnish with ice cream, whipped cream and drizzle warm caramel sauce on top
