Product Preparation and Freshness
How long do cakes stay fresh?
Juniors and Blossoms stay fresh up to 3 months sealed in packaging. Full-size and Loaves stay fresh up to 2 months. Refrigeration not required. Store at room temperature, not to exceed 70 degrees (do not store in direct sun). Can be refrigerated, but is better at room temperature.
Can be frozen up to 1 year. Keep covered in plastic wrap or zip-lock bag to maintain moistness.
Do you bake from home?
No, we do not; we have our cakes baked in a facility that is certified by the Department of Agriculture. Our cakes are prepared in small batches.
Do Full Spirited Flavours’ products contain nuts?
Yes, some of our products contain nuts. Our Amaretto Cake contains almonds and the Caribbean Coconut Rum contains tree nuts. All products manufactured in a facility that processes peanuts and tree nuts.
Are your products gluten-free?
No, our cakes are not gluten-free.
Are your products certified Kosher?
No
Do I need a Designated Driver?
Amount of alcohol in cakes varies by size, however the alcohol content is under 0.5%. No designated driver is necessary.
Pregnant women should consult with their physician. Others should proceed directly to the Shop page.
Ordering and Shipping
Are your products available in retail stores?
Yes, we do have a few select locations that carry our cakes, check our Store Locator.
Can I customize my order?
We would be happy to help you customize your order. Email or call us with questions.
Will you include a gift message with my order?
Yes, we will include a beautiful gift card with your message when requested at no additional charge. You will have the opportunity to specify your gift message during the checkout process.
What if I am not satisfied with my purchase?
At Full Spirited Flavours, we believe in 100% customer satisfaction and strive to ensure you are happy with your purchase. If your order arrives damaged, or if you are dissatisfied for any reason, please contact Customer Services at 610-933-6411 or our Contact Us page.
When will my gift ship after I place my order?
Orders received by 12:00 P.M. Eastern Time will be shipped the same business day. All other orders will be shipped the next business day (Monday through Friday) after the order is received. We do not process or ship orders on Saturday or Sunday.
How will my order be shipped and what are my shipping options?
All orders are shipped via FedEx. You may select expedited shipping in the checkout process. Please note that FedEx does not deliver to P.O. boxes, therefore you must enter a valid street address when placing your order.
Can I ship gifts to addresses outside the continental U.S. or to an APO/FPO destination?
Yes, you can mail a gift or order product to be delivered to any state within the U.S., however shipping rates vary and restrictions apply for deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO and US Virgin Island addresses. We do not ship to international addresses.
Do you offer any free shipping programs?
Yes – throughout the year, we offer free shipping promotions from time to time.
If I am having website/technical issues, who do I contact?

Will my original order be substituted?
We do reserve the right to substitute items of equal or greater value when the item is part of a gift collection, however we rarely do.
Can I have an exact delivery date?
No, we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date; we only can provide a future ship date. Most orders arrive within 1-4 business days.
Will I receive shipping information once my order has shipped?
You will receive an email confirmation of your order. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information specific to your order. You can also call our customer service department at 610-933-6411 and they can track your order for you.
Will my order come all in one box?
If it is a large order it will more than likely arrive in 2 or more boxes, large gift items typically ship separately.
